  Stay away! I ordered ordered a sofa and a carpet from scs chesterfield using the finance option last year, I waited 6 weeks for the sofa only for it to be delivered to the wrong address, I then had to wait another 2 weeks for the sofa to be delivered, I took the day off work to wait in for it and waited till 6pm and it never turned up so I rang them up trying to get through for half an hour with nobody answering the phone, I finally got through and they told me that the delivery driver had broken down and I had to wait another two days for him to get the lorry fixed, I then took another day off work and the sofa did turn up this time but it would not fit up the stairs to my flat so I had to cancel the sofa, 1 year later the carpet should be payed for by this Time but they're still taking money for the sofa which I cancled last year, I went in store to sort this out and they told me I had to pay them £200 and they would in turn refund me £270 (£70 being the overpayments I had made) they said it would be back in my bank with in 2 days, 1 week later I am still waiting for my refund it's an absolute joke
