  Visited to have my eyebrows threaded. The 1st time I went there the Asian lady didn't follow instructions and messed up my brows! I went back today due to the snow and not being able to go to Sheffield Superdrug or my usual brow bar. I gave specific instructions. She was rough (my brows were red and sore after) & my brows were ruined AGAIN! I questioned why she did it thin when I asked for it to be neat an not to take off or reshape. Her rude response was "it looks fine to me"! AVOID because this woman lacks basic etiquette and customer service skills. She will do WHATEVER she pleases!
