    Having been coming here for the past three years I had nothing but praise ... Until this last time! The waiting room is depressing, I had a 2 1/2 hour wait for my car (my choice), I was offered one drink in this time the TV only plays a rolling KIA advert. The internet was useless, so even working was difficult, and then to top it all they didn't even bother to wash my car ... My car is up for renewal in May, and guess what I shall not be getting another KIA!
